BAR AND WAIT STAFF TERMS & CONDITIONS

HIRE BOND

A Bond is required on all hire items and must be paid for prior to anything leaving our premises. An itemised invoice of all goods is provided and must Be checked at time of pick up, or on delivery. Any discrepancies must be advised immediately.The bond will be refundable via a bank transfer, once the goods have been returned and checked by a Teramo Catering staff member. All hire equipment is to be returned in a clean and working condition. Damaged equipment will be charged for at replacement value. Any hire items not returned on time may incur an additional charge.

~ DELIVERY CHARGES ~

Delivery charges are variable and subject to the size of the items. Quantity of items and distance to the delivery point. Access to the site is also a consideration.Delivery charges will need to cover the cost to deliver and return the goods also. Teramo staff are not responsible to set up, unless it has been agreed and is included on the invoice

STAFF HIRE

All staff are employed by Teramo Catering.
For legal reasons, the minimum hire Period for all staff members is 4 hours.Travel time is also included as “bookable” time.
Staff hours are normally factored into function quotes, however, when staff are requested to remain back to assist clients beyond an agreed function time, their incremental time will be invoiced for, at the bookable rate.

STAFF HIRE RATES:
CHEF                                      $55.00 per hour
FOOD WAITER                       $45.00 per hour
BAR PERSON (R.S.A.)           $50.00 per hour
DRINKS WAITER (R.S.A.)      $45.00 per hour
SET UP PERSONNEL            $50.00 per hour
